My Windows 7 has, in theory, five users; Administrator, Guest1, Guest2,
myself, and Superadmin. At boot, I need to select myself.

At that stage, the picture background interferes with the readability of
the button legends. Can that background be changed to something plain,
contrasting well with the legends; and, if so, how?

The controls should have been on a cartouche.

Or change the login to require ctrl-alt-delete and type in the user name.

That changes the picture of me, default being a picture of a building-
type window. No doubt other users can change their own pictures.

But I want to change the background, which is shown before the user is
known.
